Our Engineering team develops the software that supports and extends the VendorPanel platform, while individual members focus on security, testing, scaling and infrastructure.
Product
This team manages the product roadmap ensuring it aligns with our long term vision, client feedback and market needs. Also includes release planning and user experience design.
Marketing
Our Marketing team is based in Australia and the US, with specialists looking after brand and product marketing, demand generation, content creation, digital campaigns and events.
Sales
Our US-based and Australian sales teams acquire new clients and drive revenue growth. Most focus on particular industries or territories, or on stages of the sales cycle.
Account Management
Account Managers work with existing customers, keeping them up to date on new products and modules. When needed, their role is to assist in the evaluation and purchase process.
Customer Success
As well as an Account Manager, every client has a Customer Success Manager who ensures, though training and advice, that the client gets maximum value from using the platform.
Support
Our experienced Support team oversees the phones, online user chat and other support channels. When not helping users directly, they create support content for our Help Centre.
Corporate
This is where we group our CEO, Office, and the People and Culture and Finance functions. These are the teams that keep the business running smoothly as we pursue rapid growth.
