VendorPanel to Transition Fully to the Unimarket Brand by End of 2025

Brand consolidation announcement

VendorPanel is set to complete its transition to the Unimarket brand by the end of 2025, marking the final step in the brand consolidation journey that began following the merger of the two companies in 2024.

From late 2025, all VendorPanel products, communications and customer-facing platforms will carry the Unimarket name and branding.

Unimarket CEO Phil Kenney said the change represents the organisation’s continued evolution and commitment to providing a connected, end-to-end Source-to-Pay experience.

“Our goal has always been to bring together the best of both platforms,” Phil said. “By uniting VendorPanel’s sourcing and contract management capabilities with Unimarket’s procure-to-pay solutions, we’re creating a single, trusted brand that delivers even greater value for customers.”

Importantly, the transition is a brand update only. There will be no immediate changes to the technology, support teams or customer relationships that users rely on today. Customers will continue to access their systems, as normal, and receive the same high level of service throughout and following the transition.

Over the coming months, customers will begin to see more Unimarket branding across product interfaces, support portals, marketing materials, and communications. Both teams are working closely to ensure a smooth and transparent transition process.

Chief Product Officer Justin Gillion said the move reflects Unimarket’s focus on innovation and global growth.

“Our customers can be confident that this isn’t a change to the products or people they know,” Justin said. “It’s the next step in uniting and enhancing our technology and expertise under one global brand that better represents the scale and innovation we’re bringing to procurement teams worldwide.”

The unified Unimarket brand will continue to support public sector, education, healthcare, and commercial customers across Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and North America, helping them drive value, compliance and social impact through smarter procurement technology.
